Dr Siva Nair from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is leading a research project funded by the MS society to see whether the use of a wearable robot exoskeleton can enable people with MS to benefit more from exercise.

MRI is used to detect and measure MS-related lesions on the brain and spinal cord. A research collaboration between radiology, neurology and the department of Computer Science has begun to investigate improving the accuracy and efficiency of detecting MS-related lesions.
